Position Summary

As a Location Support Associate, reporting to the Associate Manager of Operations, you will play a key role in supporting our Returnistas and Return Bar locations.

The Location Support Associate will:

● Own daily maintenance for all locations, including, but not limited to: answering support calls and emails, ordering supplies for locations, and working with retailers to process returns manually when needed

● Track and manage success of Return Bar locations by conducting monthly check-in calls, and staying in sync with the Business Development, Training, and Warehouse teams regarding any location-specific issues or initiatives

● Provide positive reinforcement through email, phone, and in-person interactions to help motivate and maintain morale

● Help build initiatives that provide structure to our communication process and build a sense of community among our Return Bar partners

We are looking for someone with:

● Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● High energy and enthusiasm

● Ability to quickly establish relationships and determine the needs of others

● Comfort working in a fast-paced and demanding environment

● Ceaseless determination setting and attaining goals

● Impeccable organization and communication skills

● Ability to work well both independently and in a cross-functional team

● Strong internal motivation to succeed

● Prior experience training or account managing in retail environments preferred but not required

Compensation

Compensation for this position is $17 per hour - we are looking for someone who loves a challenge and wants to participate in the upside opportunity of this large underserved market.
