Inclusion Coordinator

We’re looking for an Inclusion Coordinator to join Snap Inc! Working from our Los Angeles, CA headquarters, you will be responsible for overseeing logistics for the various initiatives tied to the inclusion program, which include diversity initiatives and the Council program, something uniquely Snap (see description below). You will handle a wide range of responsibilities, spanning from scheduling to ordering materials, to coordinating transportation, and managing budgets.
What you’ll do:
- Organize, track and manage all communications for team meetings and retreats
- Maintain communication to all offices by sending monthly emails with invitations to all upcoming Council events
- Update our internal web page and weekly content
- Create quarterly reviews and reports
- Create, monitor, and manage systems, calendars, invites, attendance sheets, and Google Groups for all Council and ERG groups in each office, as necessary
- Serve as the Inclusion Team liaison with Legal, Finance and all vendors to ensure the non-disclosure agreement, contract, purchase order, payment and receipt documentation are completed in a timely manner
- Oversee the scheduling and placement of all Snap Inc. employees and teams throughout the company into Council groups, ERGs, Diversity Councils, Team Councils, Gender Councils and events
- Assist Council Team in tracking team spending by completing monthly credit card reports
- Coordinate Inclusion and culture-related activities on a weekly, monthly and annual basis, as needed, in all offices
- Communicate with satellite office managers to set Council schedules
- Oversee transportation and logistics for all retreats and all events
- Provide project management expertise for entire Inclusion program
- Provide informative quarterly programmatic reports
- Responsible for assisting with day-to-day staff
- Assist with any other Inclusion-related logistics
Minimum qualifications:
- 2+ years experience handling coordination and administrative tasks
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Resourceful self-starter, with a strong work ethic, and able to work in an evolving environment
- Detail oriented, as well as problem-solving and decision making skills
- Fluency in all programs under Google Suite (including Google Calendar, Sheets, Docs, and Forms)
- Budget oversight skills
- Expert in project management with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
