Golden Bolt, the fulfillment division of Golden Hippo, is currently looking for a Fulfillment Manager who will be responsible for the overall performance, quality, and safety of our Golden Bolt fulfillment center in Chatsworth, CA.

WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE
- Collaborate with management to forecast budgets, relay trends, review team performance, and optimize procedures in accordance with company policies
- Manage fulfillment team members while creating a positive and professional work environment
- Maintains distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational and personnel policies and procedures
- Continuously improve performance as measured by Key Performance Indicators by leveraging experience and ‘lean tools’ to improve efficiencies
- Ensure optimal warehouse staffing and results by managing recruiting, training, coaching and disciplining employees as needed
- Ensure the organization and effectiveness of the order desk
- Set and meet effective and accurate goals with the management team
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized fulfillment center
- Resolve first-level operational issues and escalate them as necessary to the Sr. Operations Manager
- Ensure all performance evaluations and corrective actions are consistent with company policy, are administered fairly, and are crafted for personal development
BEST CANDIDATES WILL HAVE
- 2+ Years of Management Experience in a Fulfillment Center, Warehouse or similar environment
- Experience working in a collaborative group environment as well as individually
- Experience working with employment agencies (high volume)
- Deadline driven and resourceful with ability to take direction
- Ability to communicate in a multicultural environment
- This is a full-time position. Standard 40-hour work week, however candidate must be able and willing to work extended hours for special events and when necessary
- Able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity and leadership
- Demonstrates professional attitude, ability to learn basic software programs, knowledge of import/export procedures
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish
