We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to join Snap Inc! As a member of Snap’s Content team, you will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating team events, and helping us stay ten steps ahead. Working from our Santa Monica headquarters/office, you will support the Head of Content and help ensure strong communication, collaboration, and a positive culture across the entire Content team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and ever changing environment. In addition to being organized, analytical and resourceful, you must be a self-starter who possesses strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions. High enthusiasm, positivity, creativity, and resourcefulness are crucial, as is high level of professional integrity and confidentiality.
What you’ll do:
Manage complex schedules and calendar for executive
Serve as a liaison for internal stakeholders and external partners
Facilitate flow of information to members of the content organization
Exercise a high level of discretion regarding confidential information
Anticipate needs and provide high-level administrative support
Coordinate travel arrangements and anticipate and problem solve any associated issues or needs
Organize professional events for external partners, internal teams, socials, offsites, all hands, newsletters, etc.
Compose and prepare correspondences, announcements, presentations on behalf of the executive
Collaborate with teams or work independently on projects, strategic initiatives and deliverables
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to quickly learn new technologies, programs and applications
Highly organized and detail orientated with a proactive approach to all things
Expert with Google enterprise products (Gmail, Calendar, Docs) and a passion for implementing technology to increase efficiency
Experience in event planning
Strong scheduling and coordination skills, comfortable with last minute changes
Thrive in fast-paced, ever changing startup environment with an optimistic approach and attitude
Motivated to take the initiative and work efficiently in ambiguity
Excellent oral and written communication skills
A passion for original content, Snapchat and creativity!
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
4+ years of experience providing high-level administrative support
