Executive Assistant to CEO
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, detail oriented, organized planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility. A positive attitude despite the pressures of a fast-paced environment is essential. The candidate will possess the ability to succeed with minimal guidance or supervision, be skilled at anticipating problems, managing multiple priorities, and global scheduling needs.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating daily calendars of executive team
Managing phone calls and emails
Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports
Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives
Helping prepare for meetings
Accurately recording minutes from meetings
Act as the point of contact between CEO and clients
Reading and analyzing incoming emails, messages, and distributing them as needed
Making travel arrangements for executives
Provide general administrative support and serve as backup for Office Manager
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience, preferably to C-level executives
Experience working with high-level information, and the ability to exercise discretion
In-depth understanding of MS Office and Google Docs/Drive
Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
Professional level verbal and written communication skills
Impeccable attention to detail
