GoGuardian is looking for a dedicated Employee Support Specialist who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and excited to support our staff in a customer facing capacity. As the employee’s primary point of contact, you will work closely with the Human Resources team to deliver a world class customer service experience and work to identify and surface organizational trends to help foster employee satisfaction. A commitment to discretion and the ability to handle confidential company and employee information is an absolute must. Most importantly, you will live and breathe our company values acting as an HR representative and trusted advisor for all employee questions regarding company policies, benefits, compensation and more.

  • EXPERTISE - You are fully immersed in GoGuardian’s HR policies and are comfortable acting as the subject matter expert for our staff
  • Prior related Human Resources and Customer Service experience
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, laws and procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Diplomatic and experienced in handling delicate situations with respect, integrity and professionalism
  • A commitment to confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment
  • Self-starter, detail-oriented and problem solver
  • PHR or SPHR certification in Human Resources preferred

What You'll Do

  • Acts as the primary point of contact and first line of response for all employee HR related questions
  • Ensures the timely and accurate completion of Employee Service Center requests
  • Coordinates with our outsourced HR Partner as necessary to expedite and complete employee requests. Responsible for ensuring all information is obtained and actions are taken
  • Oversees and facilitates communications via our anonymous employee feedback tool, Incognito, answering questions and escalating to the appropriate parties where necessary
  • Acts as the subject matter expert on our company policies - effectively known as the go to person for employees’ HR related questions
  • Leads and facilitates employee exit interviews, collecting data and reporting insights/trends to leaders on a monthly cadence
  • Make data based policy recommendations for consideration and possible inclusion in Employee handbook revisions
  • Assist with the administration of various HR projects for the organization
  • Acts as a strong role-model for the the organization and amplifies the “employee voice”
