Enervee’s Director of Professional Services oversees project implementation, executes process improvements and establishes quarterly plans with our utility partners. He / She oversees the development of procedures, methods, and tools in support of delivery. Furthermore, he/she ensures that projects and deliverables are completed on time and quality

Our Director of Professional Services directly reports to Enervee's Chief Services Officer and can be located anywhere in the US and will be working closely with team members and partners located in Pacific, Central and Eastern time zones.

How you can make an impact

• Manage professional services revenue, resources, and utilization for the professional services engagements of your team
• Lead an interdisciplinary team of project managers, quality assurance analysts, technical account managers focused on our customers’ success
• Deliver customization, implementation and marketing projects in time and quality and serve as a point of escalation
• Be in charge for ongoing partner relationships by prioritizing daily requests, managing expectations and efficiently communicating updates 
• Work with your team to assess each partner's goals and outcomes, produce action plans and drive execution cross departments to reach those goals
• Work closely with the Customer Services team to map account strategy, goals, KPIs and risks into an actionable plan to grow overall contract revenue
• Have regular syncs with our utility clients ensuring alignment on all open requests as well as tracking towards key client objectives
• Conduct periodic customer health-checks and project reviews of deployments to drive continuous improvement in our delivery capability
• Maintain a functional knowledge of the Enervee platform and set standards for Quality Assurance 
• Create presentations and communicate results,  both internally and externally

What you bring to the team

Enervee’s Director of Professional Services has a strong interest in improving the knowledge & skills of others. He / She is  adept at understanding client needs and crafting personalized/creative solutions. He / She has an adaptable management style,  guides  team members to  achieve their full potential , and has a track record of success managing a remote / distributed team.

• 5+ years experience in managing, leading and/or delivering Professional Services teams
• 2+ years of Professional Services and implementation management experience for SaaS solutions
• Expertise in  negotiating with and influencing cross functional teams, comfortable and willing to be a hands-on leader
• Strong technical background and skilled in translating technical concepts into client-friendly solutions
• Excellent project management skills, including project planning, resource management, issue tracking and budget management
• Expert in building presentation narratives and developing into compelling slides 

• Mac-savvy and proficient with professional services technology stack Trello, Jira, Looker and Google Apps
