WhiskerCloud is a Newport Beach, CA-based technology company best known for its total package of marketing and technology packages for veterinary hospitals around the world.

WhiskerCloud is modernizing the veterinary industry with beautiful, custom websites, mobile-responsive design, email and cloud hosting, analytics, search engine optimization, content creation, advertising, social media, and web security – we’re the all-in-one platform that the veterinary industry has needed for a long time. We’re growing quickly and need to add more talented people to our team. Due to coronavirus, our team is fully remote, but we do prefer people living in California.

The ideal candidate will be someone that works smart and wants to rise in our company. Our team is big on collaboration and wearing multiple hats to keep the momentum rolling!

In this role, you will:

• Work with our sales and marketing teams to manage new and ongoing projects
• Become an expert in WhiskerCloud’s product
• Communicate with clients during their onboarding period to make sure their needs are being met
• Identify and escalate any customer-facing issues to ensure that WhiskerCloud team members can promptly work to make a better experience
• Champion customer needs internally to help prioritize product roadmap decisions
• Ongoing client relationship management to make ensure needs are being met

The right candidate has these skills:

• At least one year of working experience in a customer experience or project management role
• An entrepreneurial attitude and a deep empathy for our customers
• An affinity for a fast-paced environment
• Agency or startup experience is not required but is strongly preferred
• The ability to think strategically and to lead
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
