About You:

Our ideal Lord of Customer Service is a badass who loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists. You will also receive your own intimidating business card that features a skull and your official "Lord of Customer Service" title.

 Our "customers" span the range of individuals, influencers, wholesalers, and events. As a brand-first company, we see customer service an important extension of the brand. We don't ever take ourselves too seriously and always talk to customers exactly how we'd talk to our friends over beers (or waters). No cold corporate speak around here; unless we are making fun of it.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
  • Able to work on weekends

 

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via email
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions, work in Shopify admin to manage orders, refunds, replacement product etc.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms
  • Manually setup orders for promotional product shipments to influencers, wholesalers, and events

 

Added Plus:

  • Love for alternative culture (punk, metal, EDM, tattoos etc.) a plus
  • Excel, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, ZenDesk, Gorgias, any customer service platform experience
  • Witty and able to understand brand voice 
  • Start up experience
