What we are looking for

A Customer Experience Supervisor who is passionate about problem solving, creating and maintaining guest relationships, and providing a high quality customer service by monitoring and motivating agents during their shifts. The customer experience supervisor will be our point of contact with our guests and our homeowners and will serve as a public face of our team. The customer experience supervisor must be an empathetic problem-solver and create and enhance our reputation through the guest experience.

What You'll Do

  • Interact with guests via phone, sms, and email to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Motivate agents to ensure the guest experience is seamless from booking to checkout. 
  • Audit agent performance, giving feedback in real time to improve overall performance.
  • Supervise communication volume and redirect agent focus as needed to increase service levels and improve conversion. 
  • Proactively follow up with in-stay guests, coordinating with field operations to resolve issues.
  • Support guest identification/payment requirements, ensuring compliance prior to arrival.

What You'll Bring

  • 1-3 years experience as a Customer Experience Lead or Supervisor position preferred.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable multi-tasking across platforms and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience interacting with remote Operations Teams.
  • Passionate customer advocacy, truly breathes hospitality.
  • Experience in customer escalations management.
  • Flexible availability to help lead our 24/7 team as needed.
