Golden Hippo is seeking a motivated and dependable Customer Care Associate to help assist the day to day operations of the Customer Care team at Golden Hippo. We are seeking an individual who is a great communicator, organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful by nature. This role will work behind the scenes as an integral support system for this large, growing team with many moving pieces.

WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE
- QA brand/product information before being shared with the various offsite teams
- Updating content on the intranet used by 500+ employees
- Assisting and managing special projects
- Seeking out trends from customer interactions and sharing them with various departments
BEST CANDIDATES WILL HAVE
- Experience working in a role that requires attention to detail
- Superior time management skills
- Superior verbal and written communication skills to communicate project statuses, updates, issues, etc.
- Naturally curious and takes initiative
- Ability to multitask and stay organized with a heavy workload
- Experience with Excel is a plus
- Knowledge of call center environments a plus
