The Compliance Support Associate will play a starring role in helping to reach Medely’s goal of continually innovating, adapting to our rapid growth, and providing best-in-class service levels. As we are a growing startup, your voice matters when it comes to compliance best practices.

What you will do:

• Monitoring Nursys Reports Quality Assurance (Audits for Recruitment Team as well as Medely Platform)
• Credential review and approval 
• Reviewing/ Uploading Drug Tests 
• Maintaining team email inboxes 
• Monitoring, gathering and uploading expiring credentials for professionals on assignments 
• Monitoring Competency review documents Assisting with compliance support questions in Slack 
• Any additional tasks assigned as needed

What we are seeking:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred. 
• Healthcare experience is a plus, (not required). Full Training Provided
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Computer literate with proficiency in web-based products and ability to learn new applications easily
• Attention to detail and accuracy; adaptability and reliability essential
• Professional Friendliness Home office & Internet Connection with DSL, cable, or fiber internet connection with upload speeds greater than 1Mbps
