Level 3 Post,a Deluxe Entertainment Services Group company, has a position in its Burbank facility. Level 3 Post provides post production services to top television series and is owned by Deluxe Entertainment Services Group Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings Inc. Deluxe is the leading provider of a broad range of entertainment industry services and technologies to major Hollywood Studios and an international client base.

We currently have an opening for a Client Service Representative.  This position will be in Burbank, CA.

SUMMARY:

This position provides meals and drinks for the clients and employees.   They will also maintain the cleanliness and organization of the edit rooms, kitchen and lobby areas.  Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact politely with clients/employees both in person and over the phone are required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greeting clients and employees, assisting them throughout their session.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including dishwashing.
• Assist in preparation for client/employee luncheons and meetings, including light food preparation. (Prepare Lite morning breakfast and afternoon snack).
• Prepare and serve beverages.
• Monitor the bays for overall tidiness and upkeep, as well as the lobby area.
• Prepare inventory and stock 
• Assist Client Service Manager with duties as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Some college preferred.
• Able to travel and run errands. 
• 1-2 years restaurant/serving experience required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic graphic design skills a plus.
• Highly organized and detailed oriented.
• Flexibility with schedule.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends on occasion.
