Channel Partnerships Associate
We are looking for a Account Manager to join Team Snapchat! Working from our Los Angeles, CA headquarters, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams within Snap, as well as external partners, to grow advertising revenue. The role includes supporting Snap’s sales partners globally across a range of activities from thinking strategically about how to tailor Snap’s products to a client’s unique needs to setting a campaign live to troubleshooting and quickly resolving issues as they arise.
What you'll do:
Provide account analysis, optimization and troubleshooting support for partners
Provide day to day operational support for partners, including managing ad rejection escalations, build audience engagement segments, trafficking ads using Snap’s internal tools and generating post-campaign reports
Identify, escalate and resolve client or partner issues, working with cross-functional teams as required
Manage internal processes for CSAs, Campaign Exceptions, Ad Design Requests, Coupon Generations
Serve as the product advocate for Snap’s new and existing products, as well as advising on best practices and bespoke campaign optimizations
Maintain accurate CRM data in Salesforce.com
Develop weekly partner newsletter, combining updates from across the organization into a single communication
Support partners with client specific projects
Clearly communicate policies to partners
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
3+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred qualifications:
Ability to quickly learn new systems
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Strong written communication skills
Extremely high degree of attention to detail
Interest in digital advertising
Experience with digital ad trafficking/campaign management a plus
Understanding of advertising performance metrics and ecosystem
Team player excited to take on any challenge no matter how big or small
