About The Role

Sidecar Health is looking for Customer Support Representatives to join our Broker Sales team! You will serve as a primary point of contact to support our key Broker contacts and facilitate business operations.
You will be working alongside a dynamic team that is disrupting the healthcare industry. As a startup, there is no shortage of opportunities and responsibilities!
What You’ll Do

  • Provide operational support and expertise, as well as single point of service support to key Broker contacts (Brokers, General Agents, Agencies) and Account Management
  • Answer Broker inquiries regarding one of the following areas: Claims, Benefits, Enrollment, and/or Billing
  • Responds to all types of customers issues and investigates and resolves errors
  • Maintain all agent/broker agreements and license information
  • Provide brokers with timely, solution‐oriented responses to their new business needs

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ year related to claims/customer service/enrollment and billing experience
  • Nice to have - General knowledge of the health insurance industry preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
