The Opportunity:

 ServiceTitan is looking for an Associate Manager of Events to help lead the planning and executing of third-party tradeshows. Reporting to the Senior Events Operations Manager, the Associate Manager of Events will help manage all third-party events and ensure that every aspect of the event is aligned with our brand and Marketing priorities. This role will support sales and business development efforts in assessing event needs and building strong ServiceTitan presence.

The ideal candidate will bring energy, creativity, and new ideas to build successful event experiences that deliver value to customers, influence pipelines, and build brand affinity. The Associate Manager of Events will work with the Senior Events Operations Manager to refine, document, and establish key processes for tradeshows while implementing a new Tradeshow Playbook.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, attentive to details, and effective at managing multiple projects at one time. This individual will play an important role in supporting our extensive trade show program. What you'll do:

  • Work closely with the Senior Events Operation Manager to provide full scale event logistics support 

  • Execution of the trade show program in alliance with program goals and priorities. 

  • Manage and plan tradeshows from start to finish including: registration, booth orders, resource management, vendor relations, and meeting deliverables. 

  • Serve as the project manager for all groups involved in the creation of tradeshows – creative, sales, demand generation, exhibit builders, etc. 

  • Take the lead on merch design, orders, inventory, and logistics for events and tradeshows.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to source new shows and identify event strategy. 

  • Work closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure they are prepared for shows and have all the resources they need.

  • Collaborate on the development and creation of new and existing event marketing campaigns that can be leveraged for upcoming tradeshows and events. 

  • This role requires going to the office in Glendale, CA 1x a week in preparation for these various trade shows

What you'll bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in corporate and/or field marketing event management, preferably in the B2B2C SaaS/cloud space.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing, planning, and executing events while delivering within budgetary parameters.

  • Self-starter, willing and able to proactively drive event planning and execution within scope, and comfortable executing the A-to-Z details for a variety of event formats. 

  • Ability to work with a variety of personalities and all levels of management.

  • Enthusiastic, flexible, team player, with a positive attitude and a sense of humor.

  • Experience in Salesforce, Google Suite and project management software preferred.

  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

  • CMP certification preferred.
