Please note, this is a contract-to-hire opportunity with the option to convert to full-time after 3–6 months. Compensation for this position will be paid on a monthly based on a yearly salary of $102,951 USD ($8,579 USD/month)

Bolt is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to drive fast, efficient, and delightful on-boarding for new customers. Working in partnership with implementations, integrations, and sales teams, you’ll own the on-boarding process.


Ideal candidates have the ability to understand the technical complexity, take ownership, and a great ability to get stuff done.  Deep curiosity and the ability to go above and beyond to tackle big problems are key! 


What You Will Be Doing

  • Support sales and implementation teams to onboard new customers onto the Bolt platform
  • Ensure the onboarding process is seamless and any technical issues are resolved quickly
  • Partner closely with the engineering team to optimize and consistently improve the process
  • Handle all configurations on payment terminals 
  • Get deeply familiar with the Bolt platform and different onboarding requirements for PSP’s
  • Identify and tackle blockers to getting customers live quickly
  • Communicate and align with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Automate as much as possible
  • Deliver speed and quality for all on-boarding projects

What Would Set You Up For Success

  • 5+ years of experience at an ecommerce, payments, or Fintech company is required. 
  • Strong understanding of the payments space and/or experience working with Payment Facilitators(PayFacs) and Payment Service Providers (PSP’s)
  • Understanding of KYC/KYB requirements to onboard customers with Payfacs and PSP’s is a plus 
  • Great communication skills 
  • Startup mentality and a process oriented mindset
  • Ideal candidates have either strong academic credentials or experience at a top employer.
