Job Title: Onboarding Specialist
Location: US, Remote
Role Purpose / Objective:The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for ensuring smooth and successful implementation of our solutions for new customers. This role focuses exclusively on the onboarding phase, guiding clients through setup, training, and initial adoption.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute implementation projects for new customers, ensuring timelines and objectives are met
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, guiding customers through configuration and initial product use
  • Deliver training sessions and provide resources to support effective adoption
  • Identify and resolve technical or process issues during implementation in collaboration with internal teams
  • Document progress and provide clear status updates for each implementation
  • Proactively escalate risks or blockers to maintain a smooth customer experience

Skills & Competencies
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and project management platforms
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Collaborative approach when working with internal teams (Product, Support, Sales)

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or similar roles in SaaS or technology training environments
  • Experience coordinating projects and delivering customer training
  • Understanding of software adoption processes and best practices for onboarding

Compensation/Benefits Information:The base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000. Compensation will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the applicant. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.
