About the Role
As a Revenue Enablement Onboarding Program Specialist, you will play a critical role in equipping new revenue team members - including SDRs, BDRs, AEs, CSMs, SEs, and PSS - with knowledge, skills, and tools needed for success. You will support the design, execution, and continuous improvement of our onboarding programs, ensuring a structured, engaging, and effective ramp-up experience.
Working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), sales leaders, and cross-functional teams, you will help build and deliver high-impact learning experiences while tracking key success metrics to optimize onboarding effectiveness.
Location - Hybrid in Austin, TX (in the office 4 days per week Mon, Tues, & Thurs)

What You'll be Doing
- Onboarding Program Support & Execution:
- Facilitate and coordinate onboarding programs for new hires across sales and customer-facing roles
- Ensure new hires follow structured 30, 60, and 90-day learning paths with clear success benchmarks
- Organize live and virtual training sessions, workshops, and role-play exercises to reinforce learning
- Content Development & Delivery
- Assist in developing role-based onboarding materials, including playbooks, e-learning modules, and knowledge assessments
- Work with SMEs to curate and update training content to reflect current messaging, sales strategies, and product positioning
- Ensure onboarding content is easily accessible and aligned with sales enablement tools (e.g. LMS, Sales readiness platforms)
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with enablement leaders, sales managers, and product marketing to ensure new hires receive relevant, timely training
- Gather feedback from new hires and managers to continuously improve onboarding programs
- Support enablement initiatives beyond onboarding, including ongoing skill development programs
- Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor onboarding engagement, completion rates, and early-stage performance metrics (e.g. time-to-first deal, pipeline generation)
- Identify areas for improvement and contribute to program enhancements based on data and qualitative feedback
- Help maintain a scalable, repeatable onboarding framework that aligns with business goals
- Other duties as needed
About You
- 2-4 years of experience in sales enablement, training, instructional design, or a related field
- Experience supporting onboarding programs for SDRs, BDRs, AEs, CSMs, SEs, or PSS
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple onboarding initiatives simultaneously
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPIC, Challenger, SPIN) and their application in onboarding
- Comfortable facilitating training sessions and engaging with revenue teams
- Proficiency with enablement tools (e.g. LMS, CMS, sales readiness platforms like Highspot, Mindtickle or Lessonly)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate complex information into engaging learning materials
- Experience in B2B SaaS or IT sales environments is preferred
- Background in adult learning principles and instructional design is preferred
