We are looking for a translator proficient in Modern Eastern Aramaic, also commonly referred to as Syriac or Assyrian, depending on community and dialect.

Candidates identifying with Assyrian, Syriac, or related Eastern Aramaic traditions are welcome

We’re currently seeking linguists working from English into Modern Eastern Aramaic

 Requirements:

  • Native speaker of Modern Eastern Aramaic
  • Proven experience in translation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with CAT tools (XTM preferred)
  • Experience with XTRF is a plus
  • Availability to work during PST time
  • Availability to work on same-day delivery projects
  • ATA certification is a plus
