Packed with intuitive functionality, CompanyCam facilitates unparalleled communication and accountability across a contractor’s entire business. We’re committed to providing a consumer-grade, game-changing experience that helps our users build trust within their company and with their customers.

The Role

We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven Mid-Market Account Manager to join our Sales Operations team! In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving significant revenue growth and leading strategic account expansion across our mid-market accounts. You’ll be responsible for managing complex sales cycles, conducting quarterly business reviews, and growing existing accounts through premium-tier upgrades and multi-year agreements. As a trusted partner to your customers, you’ll cultivate strong relationships, identify growth opportunities for their business, and position CompanyCam as a vital solution for their long-term success and scalability. If you’re a natural relationship builder who thrives on achieving ambitious goals, keep reading and apply below!

Location: Candidates must permanently and currently reside in Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska or the surrounding metro areas. Employees are not required to work in the office on a regular cadence, but in-office attendance is encouraged.

What You'll Do

  • Drive account expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and increased product adoption.
  • Lead commercial conversations with existing customers around contract renewals, expansions, and upgrades.
  • Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including directors and C-suite executives.
  • Develop and execute account plans to identify growth opportunities and deliver added value to customers.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of the Premium subscription tier, adding additional users, and longer-term contracts.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success to deliver Quarterly Business Reviews to reinforce the value of our product and support renewal conversations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on strategy and improve the customer experience.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in mid-market or enterprise SaaS account management or a strategic sales role.
  • Proven success managing complex sales cycles and larger deal sizes ($25K+ ACV).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to understand customer needs and align solutions accordingly.
  • Demonstrated success conducting impactful Quarterly Business Reviews and navigating longer sales cycles.
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage customer interactions (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • A bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • A continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving.
  • A knack for creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems.

Benefits & Compensation

This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our starting salary range is $60,000 - $70,000 per year and is based on experience. Our average on target earnings (OTE) are around $90,000 - $100,000, with uncapped commission. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.

We pride ourselves on celebrating everyone. CompanyCam is an equal-opportunity employer actively working on creating an inclusive work environment where everyone can thrive. Are you reading this and wondering if you meet every requirement? Studies show that workplace minorities, such as women and people of color, are less likely than other applicants to apply for a job when they don’t meet every single requirement. Even if your experience doesn’t perfectly align, we encourage you to apply. We’re interested in hiring passionate, hard-working people—not checking boxes.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
