This position is embedded with Lionsgate, requiring 4 days/week in the office (Monday-Thursday).
Summary of Position
Lionsgate is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our Motion Picture Group Marketing team. Reporting to the Manager, this role will support marketing efforts across various film titles, assisting in the execution of lifecycle media campaigns across all paid media platforms, including but not limited to TV, Digital, Social, Outdoor and Radio advertising. The Coordinator will be responsible for budget reconciliation, reviewing media plans for accuracy, managing asset trafficking, and leading the planning and execution of Outdoor and Radio campaigns. This position will contribute to full life cycle media campaign planning spanning Theatrical, PVOD, and Home Entertainment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic entertainment marketing environment, contributing to high-impact media campaigns for our slate of films.
Responsibilities
- Review planning packets and send feedback to the agency with the oversight of the Manager/Director
- Oversee management of media assets across departments ensuring the creative team is aware of all media asset (all platforms) requests from trailer debut through release (full lifecycle)
- Review and provide feedback on digital considerations sets, pod position requests, and daily spot time checks
- Assist in development of strategy and pitch Outdoor and Radio plans to Manager/Director as well as manage execution of both channels
- Assist in review and approvals of Puerto Rico plans (with Manager alignment)
- Assist in tracking budgets and invoicing
- Assess and monitor industry partners to ensure alignment with current market trends and emerging opportunities through capabilities update meetings
- Work directly with partners to facilitate activation of media programs, inclusive of providing briefs, when necessary
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal marketing teams to deliver media campaign assets and insights
- Provide Media team assistance as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- BA/BS Required
- strong math skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work well under pressure
- Strong multi-tasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment and follow department protocol
- Prior experience or knowledge of media planning and execution is preferred
- 1 year of experience working at a media agency and/or relevant industry experience (preferably entertainment industry experience)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Must work in office at Lionsgate (in Santa Monica) Monday through Thursday
- Strong mathematical and analytical abilities
- Strong proficiency in MS Office required, specifically experience in creating detailed spreadsheets using Excel

Salary Range
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00
A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individual’s skill sets, experience, training, education, licensure/certifications, and qualifications for the role.
