Job Description

This Marketing Specialist enjoys turning ideas into execution. They support the development and delivery of digital content, campaigns, creative assets and marketing programs across the organization. The Marketing Specialist works across websites, digital asset management, photography, video, campaigns and other priority initiatives while partnering closely with internal teams, agencies and external vendors. They have strong execution skills with curiosity, sound judgment and a willingness to use emerging technology to work smarter and move faster.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein.  Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by supervisory personnel.

Digital Content & Web

  • Author, update and maintain webpages and digital content across Tricon web properties.

  • Coordinate content updates, landing pages, campaign experiences and other digital marketing initiatives.

  • Perform content quality assurance to help ensure accuracy, consistency, functionality and alignment with brand standards.

  • Partner with Digital Marketing, Communications and other stakeholders to translate business needs into effective digital experiences.

Digital Asset Management

  • Manage and maintain Tricon’s digital asset management platform and supporting asset libraries.

  • Organize, tag and maintain photography, video, creative files and other marketing assets.

  • Establish and uphold effective asset-management practices, including naming conventions, metadata, version control and usage rights.

  • Help internal teams quickly locate and appropriately use approved marketing assets.

Photography & Video Production

  • Coordinate photography and video shoots from planning through final delivery.

  • Manage schedules, shot lists, locations, talent, vendors and production logistics.

  • Partner with creative teams and external production partners to ensure deliverables meet brand and business requirements.

  • Maintain organized libraries of final photography and video assets.

Campaign & Program Management

  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and programs across digital and traditional channels.

  • Build project plans, coordinate deliverables and track timelines, approvals and dependencies.

  • Work across Marketing, Operations, Communications and other business functions to keep initiatives moving forward.

  • Coordinate with agencies, vendors and production partners as required.

  • Support campaign reporting, documentation and post-program analysis.

AI-Enabled Marketing Operations

  • Use Claude and other approved AI tools as part of the daily marketing workflow to accelerate research, content development, analysis, quality assurance and execution.

  • Apply strong human judgment when reviewing and refining AI-assisted work.

  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, automate repetitive work and improve team productivity.

  • Stay current on emerging marketing technologies and practical applications of generative AI.

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.

  • Demonstrated proficiency using Claude for professional workflows.

  • Experience working with websites or content management systems.

  • Experience organizing and managing digital creative assets.

  • Strong project-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

  • Excellent written communication, proofreading and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable coordinating agencies, photographers, videographers, creative partners and other external vendors.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Approximately 2–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, content production or a related role.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience with digital asset management platforms.

  • Experience with WordPress or similar content management systems.

  • Familiarity with basic digital analytics and campaign performance reporting.

  • Experience supporting photography or video production.

  • Exposure to CRM, email marketing, social media or marketing automation platforms.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative marketing organization.

Salary Range

Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.

$64,970.00 - $108,280.00
