The Company

Founded in 2009 by Audrey McLoghlin, Frank & Eileen set out to reinvent the women's button-up using the finest Italian fabrics often reserved for menswear. Named in honor of Audrey's beloved Irish grandparents, the brand has grown slowly and intentionally into a woman-owned, woman-led leader in sustainability and slow fashion. Frank & Eileen achieved B Corp certification in 2020 and continues to hold the highest score for any woman-owned, globally recognized apparel brand in the United States. After seventeen years of steady growth through wholesale partnerships and direct-to-consumer e-commerce, Frank & Eileen recently opened its first US flagship store—an Irish country house on Madison Avenue, NYC. This new chapter continues the brand's legacy of using entrepreneurship as a force for good while delivering generationless style to its beloved community of customers—all from our HQ in sunny California.

The Role

Frank & Eileen is looking for a sharp, data-driven operator to own the performance of our direct-to-consumer site. This role is responsible for the overall site experience, search visibility, A/B testing, personalization, and SEO optimization. This role will report to the Head of Ecommerce.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve site UX across the funnel — from homepage through checkout — with a focus on reducing friction and increasing conversion and AOV
  • Own the A/B and multivariate testing roadmap — ideation, prioritization, implementation, analysis, and reporting
  • Configure and optimize personalization experiences, including segment rules, product recommendations, and loyalty-based content
  • Monitor key ecommerce KPIs in GA4 and Shopify analytics; build dashboards and share weekly insights with the broader team
  • Monitor and report on a regular basis site performance.
  • Identify and escalate site issues (broken flows, tracking gaps, UX regressions)
  • Partner with Merchandising and Marketing on ensuring collection pages are optimized for conversion.
  • Own the technical SEO strategy including internal site structure, linking architecture, metadata, and Core Web Vitals performance metrics
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research and content gap analysis; work with marketing and creative teams to brief and optimize new pages

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, CRO, UX, or digital marketing — ideally in a DTC or specialty retail environment
  • Hands-on experience running A/B tests using a structured methodology; comfort with statistical significance and experiment design
  • Working knowledge of Nosto or a comparable personalization platform (Dynamic Yield, Yotpo, Klevu, etc.)
  • Proficiency in GA4 and Shopify analytics; able to build segments, funnels, and custom reports independently
  • Solid SEO fundamentals — both technical and content-focused — and familiarity with Google Search Console
  • Strong written communication: you can write a clear test hypothesis, a concise readout, and a stakeholder brief
  • A bias toward action: you move quickly, make decisions with imperfect data, and iterate fast
  • This role is currently hybrid based in downtown LA and will transition to in-office at our new campus in Playa Vista, opening in January 2027

Compensation

Salary range of $90,000 to $130,000

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
