Fabletics is currently looking for a Manager, Marketplaces and International Ecommerce

How Do You Fit In?

As the Manager, Marketplaces and International Ecommerce, you will drive digital performance across our international partner network while leading U.S. marketplace execution for Nordstrom Marketplace, AAFES, and TikTok Shop. This role combines hands-on marketplace management with international digital enablement and performance oversight.

You will partner with Brand, Creative, and E-Commerce teams to document and operationalize global DTC UX/UI and SEO standards, ensuring consistent execution across international markets. You will also translate U.S. marketplace execution learnings into clear guidance that elevates digital and marketplace performance globally.

What you will do:

  • Own end-to-end management of Nordstrom Marketplace, AAFES, and TikTok Shop, including assortment planning, product setup, content optimization, SEO (titles, attributes, taxonomy), promotional execution, and pricing alignment.

  • Develop seasonal and monthly marketplace action plans aligned with broader merchandising and marketing calendars.

  • Monitor revenue, margin, conversion, sell-through, and inventory productivity; proactively identify risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions.

  • Partner with Planning and Operations teams to ensure inventory readiness, replenishment alignment, and operational accuracy across marketplaces.

  • Oversee product feed health via Cymbio or similar platforms, ensuring accurate attribute mapping, pricing integrity, inventory synchronization, and timely issue resolution.

  • Identify and resolve listing suppressions, content gaps, taxonomy misalignments, and data inconsistencies impacting performance.

  • Partner cross-functionally to document and operationalize global DTC UX/UI and SEO standards, ensuring clarity and consistent execution across international partner sites.

  • Translate internal digital and marketplace best practices into structured implementation toolkits and practical guidance for international partners.

  • Conduct recurring audits of international partner sites, evaluating UX, on-site SEO, merchandising hierarchy, promotional execution, and inventory presentation.

  • Provide clear, prioritized recommendations to improve discoverability, conversion rate, content quality, and overall digital performance.

  • Benchmark international partner performance against U.S. standards and identify opportunities to elevate execution consistency.

  • Develop and maintain marketplace playbooks based on U.S. execution learnings to support international operators managing regional marketplaces.

  • Contribute marketplace and partner performance insights to business reviews, reporting materials, and cross-functional planning discussions.

What can you bring:

  • 4–7 years of e-commerce experience, including hands-on marketplace management.

  • Direct experience managing retail marketplaces (e.g., Nordstrom Marketplace, AAFES, or similar platforms).

  • Strong understanding of DTC site operations, UX/UI best practices, digital merchandising, and on-site SEO fundamentals.

  • Working knowledge of product feed structures, attribute mapping, taxonomy alignment, and marketplace data requirements.

  • Familiarity with feed management platforms such as Cymbio, GoDataFeed, Feedonomics, or similar tools, with the ability to monitor feed accuracy and troubleshoot data issues.

  • Experience monitoring sales performance, inventory health, and operational metrics within digital channels.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into clear optimization actions.

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced retail or consumer environment.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and influence internal and external partners.

Preferred:

  • Experience in apparel, consumer goods, or lifestyle brands.

  • Exposure to international or distributor-led market models.

  • Familiarity with DTC platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or Magento.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
