About the Position

The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing team with a variety of content management, administrative, and project coordination responsibilities throughout the summer. This internship provides hands-on exposure to digital marketing, public relations, content management, and cross-functional project support within a fast-paced environment. 

What you can do for us:

  • Support the Marketing team with day-to-day administrative and project coordination tasks.
  • Review, organize, scan, and upload press coverage and media placements for inclusion on company websites and marketing materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of press mentions, publications, and related marketing assets.
  • Partner with the Digital Marketing Coordinator to draft and edit social media captions and supporting content.
  • Support Project Managers with administrative tasks, project tracking, and follow-up activities.
  • Help organize marketing files, presentations, and documentation.
  • Assist with marketing research and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; as well as reach with hands and arms. 
  • The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. 
  • Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
  • Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.
  • Required to use stairwells to attend meetings and engage with employees on multiple floors throughout building.
