Description

About the Company:
ArcSite is the leading mobile sketching and drawing-based takeoff and estimating solution, trusted by designers, field sales teams, technicians, and inspectors. Our intuitive platform empowers users to create professional drawings on any device—without the steep learning curve of traditional CAD software—helping businesses save time, generate quotes faster, and close deals more efficiently.

We’re a remote-first team with a strong sense of community, driven by growth, collaboration, and our core values: start with the customer, constantly improve, take risks, operate with transparency, and own it. At ArcSite, every team member has the opportunity to grow their career while making an impact, shaping the future of design, and living these values in everything we do.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our team and help drive go-to-market initiatives across campaigns, content, and customer-facing materials. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Product Marketing Manager and collaborate with teammates in design, sales, and product to bring new ideas to life. This internship offers a chance to build real-world marketing skills in a fast-paced SaaS environment, where your work will directly influence how we position, promote, and grow ArcSite.

As a Marketing Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience executing go-to-market strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You’ll receive mentorship in product marketing, content strategy, and campaign execution, and have the opportunity to build a portfolio of published work across web, content, and campaign materials.

Marketing Collateral & Sales Enablement

  • Assist in creating and updating sales collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and battlecards.
  • Maintain and organize content on our internal sales enablement platform (e.g., Notion, Highspot, etc.).
  • Ensure all materials are on-brand and aligned with current messaging.

Go-to-Market Campaigns

  • Support planning and execution of product launch campaigns and seasonal promotions.
  • Draft campaign briefs, messaging, and content for outbound efforts (email, blog, social).
  • Collaborate with design to develop campaign assets (social media graphics, videos, ads).
  • Track campaign performance and assist in reporting results and insights.

Landing Page Creation & Optimization

  • Build and update HubSpot landing pages for campaigns, product updates, and gated content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on page structure, copy, and CTA testing.
  • Monitor landing page analytics (conversion rates, bounce rates) and propose improvements.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Conduct competitive research to support positioning and messaging efforts.
  • Help manage content calendars for product launches and GTM activities.
  • Participate in marketing and product team meetings, contributing ideas and insights.
  • Collaborate on internal communications to align cross-functional teams on product updates.
Requirements
  • Working toward a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills; able to create compelling, concise content.
  • Interest in product marketing, SaaS, or B2B software.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Figma, Notion, Canva, or Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Highly organized and proactive with excellent attention to detail.
Benefits

Hourly Rate: $18 USD

What You’ll Gain

  • Real-world experience executing go-to-market strategies for a growing SaaS platform.
  • Exposure to cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic marketing team.
  • Mentorship in product marketing, content strategy, and campaign execution.
  • A portfolio of published work across web, content, and campaign materials.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
