Position Summary: 

Samyang America is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support daily marketing activities and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will assist the team in coordinating samples, managing documentation, and handling administrative processes to ensure efficient execution of marketing initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage sample orders via SAP, ensuring accurate processing and delivery tracking

  • Submit and obtain approvals for expedited shipping requests as needed

  • Handle sample packaging and shipment to prospective partners (new channels, agencies, accounts)

  • Support vendor registration process for new channels and business partners

  • Process and submit payment requests in accordance with internal procedures

  • Organize and maintain documentation, including contracts, NDAs, and invoices

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling and preparation of materials

  • Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and logistics coordination as needed

  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day marketing activities

  • Support cross-functional initiatives and ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Comfortable with data entry and simple spreadsheet management

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Prior administrative or marketing support experience is a plus

The base salary for this position is between $24 and $33 per hour. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
