We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team! This role will report to our Director of Demand Generation and Marketing Operations and will be a critical part of how we keep Ethena’s marketing engine running and growing as we go all-in on Agentic AI for HR and Compliance professionals.
In this role, you’ll be the team’s utility player. You’ll spend your time across just about every marketing function, contributing to content production, event execution, and the essential day-to-day tasks that keeps a lean marketing team moving. We’re hiring at a pivotal moment as we scale: we’ve launched a new certification program, our webinar program has produced a goldmine of repurposeable content, and new product functionality requires a new set of campaign activities. We need someone who can pick up the work, ship it fast, and find ways to make every input go further with AI.
You may notice that we have an HQ in Brooklyn, but our workforce is fully remote and this role is open to anyone based in the United States. Your personal working hours can be based on your location, within standard continental US timezones. Ethena tries to be inclusive of those based outside of Eastern time for large team meetings.

Evan Doyle / Director of Demand Generation and Marketing Operations
What you'll do
Execute the Day-to-Day and Flex Support: keeping the marketing motion moving takes a lot of doing and you’ll be our doer. Building emails in Hubspot, publishing blogs on Wordpress, keeping data clean - the tasks are varied but undeniably critical.
Scale our Current Content Output: Take webinar recordings, transcripts, and recaps and use AI (plus your own creativity) to spin them into blog posts, one-pagers, social clips, lead magnets and other marketing assets.
Put your Left and Right Brain to Work: You’ll bring a spirit of creativity, fun and experimentation to your work while backing it all with data and technical expertise.
Ensure Continuity: Step in to ensure our compliance certification and webinar programs don’t miss a beat while a senior team member goes on parental leave.
Learn. A lot: Our team doesn’t let a knowledge gap slow us down and as a generalist, you’ll have the opportunity to pick up skills and show impact across every marketing function.
Think AI-First: Vibe code an app? Turn a Webinar into a Blog Post? Create an automated AI lead workflow? Then you’re our kind of person!
What makes a great candidate
Generalist Mindset: You like wearing many hats. You’d rather pick up a new skill than say it can’t be done. You’d be as comfortable publishing a blog post as you are running a webinar or building an SFDC report.
Coachable and Quick to Learn: You ask great questions, take feedback well, and don’t need a six-month ramp to start contributing. You’ll learn our stack, our industry, and our brand voice quickly to start making an impact quickly.
A Get-It-Done Workstyle: You’d rather ship something good today than wait two weeks for the perfect version.
Some MarTech Fluency: You’re comfortable with Salesforce, marketing automation (HubSpot is a plus), have learned the ins-and-outs of a few other tools and understand the basics of how leads move through a B2B funnel.
AI-Forward and Iterative: You are genuinely excited to leverage AI and automation to solve problems and amplify your impact.
Anti-Boring Mindset: You believe compliance training (and its marketing) should spark joy, not cringe-inducing, and you bring a sense of humor to your work.
Physical demands
This is sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing in a home office environment. Occasional travel may be required.
