Lead product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market for an AI-forward SaaS compliance platform. Embed with Product to decode roadmaps, own end-to-end launches, create customer-facing assets, host webinars, and align Sales/CS/Support to drive adoption and expansion.

The Senior Software Engineer will develop full stack software using Typescript, MySQL, React, and Next.js, oversee features from conception to production, and collaborate across teams at Ethena.

Serve as a technical pre-sales partner: run demos, build custom walkthroughs/prototypes, maintain demo environment, translate specs for customers, answer technical and implementation questions, draft RFP/security responses, create sales assets, and enable AEs/CSMs while relaying product feedback to Product and Engineering.

Own customer lifecycle marketing to drive expansion ARR: manage email programs, onboarding, webinars, customer advisory board, advocacy (case studies, references, reviews), and community to increase adoption, upsell, and retention.
