The Marketing Coordinator will assist in executing marketing campaigns, managing project timelines, supporting webinars, and producing marketing materials.
The Marketing Coordinator will help bring our marketing plans to life by assisting with campaign logistics, webinars and key projects. We are looking for a detail orientated self-starter who can juggle multiple projects. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Maintain the marketing calendar by entering projects, updating task statuses, and documenting key details. Help manage calendars for campaigns, events, and major deliverables by tracking deadlines and upcoming milestones.
- Support marketing and logistics for webinars.
- Help execute marketing campaigns by tracking tasks, supporting timelines, and coordinating deliverables.
- Assist with copywriting, proofreading and formatting marketing materials — including emails, one-pagers, and presentations — to ensure accuracy and brand alignment with the use of AI tools.
- Provide general marketing support across projects as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment working with multiple teams including Sales, Product, and Marketing
- Ability to manage projects of varying complexity
- Strong presentation and communication skills; including team building and support skills.
- High level of initiative and strong problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of persona-based marketing, audience targeting and segmentation
QUALIFICATIONS:
- EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree, certificate or education in marketing.
- EXPERIENCE: Professional experience in marketing, event planning or admin role.
