- This position pays between $57,400 - $99,000/yr based on experience
In this role, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with our strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and should enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
- Sets and tracks priorities for marketing jobs in progress, including developing project timelines, assigning deadlines for diverse project elements to internal production staff and external contractors, and ensuring key milestones are met to ensure successful project completion.
- Manages multiple projects and deadlines, coordinating the work of others to meet delivery, quality and cost objectives. Regularly reviews projects, exploring new and innovative procedures to improve final product and delivery.
- Coordinates with cross-functional teams, including writers, designers, SEO specialists, event coordinators, media managers and external agencies to ensure seamless project execution.
- Supports Marketing teams on a variety of projects as needed including hosted client events, tradeshows, industry analyst presentations, campaign research and reporting, and internal strategy sessions.
Marketing operations support:
- Helps maintain Marketing team infrastructure and tools including file organization and management, performance reporting, project management system, corporate stats, and other critical operational assets.
- Supports SVP of Marketing in creating executive presentations on Marketing projects and performance.
- Continually monitors procedures to identify potential areas for improvement and elimination of future errors to avoid costly delays, omissions and inaccurate information
- Stays up-to-date on latest tools and techniques to support maximum efficiency and productivity across marketing operations.
- Tracks marketing budget expenditures, gathers and reconciles invoices, and helps facilitate vendor contract execution.
- Guides internal clients in efficient use of Marketing department resources, helping associates select and use basic communications tools and templates for self-service on small projects.
Experience We Love:
- 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar role

- Able to work well both independently, with minimal supervision, and collaboratively as part of a team.

- CRCR, either upon hire or within 9 months of hire. (Or other approved job relevant certification, as approved by SVP of department.)
