What You’ll Do:

Exclusive Learning Opportunities: Experience world-class programming and practical feedback.

Hands-On Experience: You won’t observe from the sidelines. Work side-by-side with Agents and Executives across multiple departments and contribute to real projects that influence the industry.

Collaborate with Industry Leaders: Have direct access to a global agency network spanning all departments. You will connect with industry leaders, build lasting relationships, and work alongside peers who share your passion.

Relevant Experience: Internships, coursework, or projects that demonstrate your ability to manage complex assignments and perform well under tight deadlines.

Innovative and Client-Focused Thinker: You excel at finding fresh solutions for client challenges and want to elevate brands through creative strategy.

Ambition and Resilience: You’re determined to succeed in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and thrive under pressure.

Strong Communication Skills: You clearly articulate ideas in writing, in presentations, and in conversation with a client-focused approach.

Organizational Excellence: You manage multiple tasks effectively, thrive in fast-paced environments, and balance priorities to meet client needs.

Tech-Savvy: You are proficient with Google Suite and MS Office, and excited about digital tools that help create data-driven brand strategies.

Eligibility: Must graduate before the program start date.

Start Dates: Cohorts will start in January, March, June, and September 2027.

Competitive Pay: This full-time position pays $23 per hour, with benefits included.

Location: This program is based in Los Angeles and New York.
