FIGS is seeking a Marketing Associate to join our International team. As a key member of our team, you will be  supporting the execution of our marketing strategies, including involvement in our analysis, growth, and decision-making across 30+ international countries, a rapidly growing area of the FIGS business. Your role will focus on marketing, while gaining exposure across all aspects of the business including: strategy, site and product performance, market research, customer behavior, and business development initiatives. You will be part of a very fast-paced and exciting organization that is recognized for its innovative product, fresh branding, and unique value proposition.  This person will report to the Sr. Director of International Marketing and collaborate closely with cross functional partners and domestic counterparts. 

The Marketing Associate will work directly with the International Marketing Sr. Director and General Manager as well as collaborating with internal teams within the brand creative, data, finance, e-commerce and engineering teams, in addition to external agency and vendor partners to identify, analyze, and act on actionable insights to help drive the growth of the international business. This role will benefit from someone who wants exposure to international business practices and high-growth expansion, is organized with attention to detail, and has the ability to think strategically across business functions. Ability to distill information, findings, and results into executive summary is a plus.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partner with Sr. Director of International Marketing to execute marketing strategies and identify creative and localization opportunities within paid media campaigns, including social, search, and programmatic media, across 30+ countries 
  • Use data to develop reporting, conduct campaign analysis, optimizations and budget recommendations
  • Manage localization and trafficking of ads and email campaigns across 10+ regions 
  • Partner on new customer acquisition initiatives for various markets, learning to balance ROAS and CAC metrics in line with business objectives and profitability profiles by market 
  • Build creative briefs with recommended strategies 
  • Analyze data to identify creative trends and roll out wins across campaigns, vendors, and channels; identify differences and nuances by country 
  • Research and propose local opportunities for thoughtful and brand-right marketing presence in major markets 
  • Own robust competitive research process (product, social channels, website experience) and develop actionable market insights
  • Partner with site team to analyze site performance to inform insights on optimal paths to conversion

Qualifications: 

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing or business role
  • Knowledge of marketing and paid media channels (social, search), including set-up, optimization, and analysis 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar field
  • Interest in entrepreneurial, fast-paced, business development
  • Knowledge of e-commerce metrics as related to marketing impact 
  • Must have - proficiency in Excel and ability to draw conclusions from data
  • Experience in site analytics tools (Google Analytics, Heap, Looker) a plus 
  • Proven outstanding written, verbal, and presentation creation skills
  • Self-motivated team player with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus!

FIGS Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range

  • At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $66,560 and $76,500. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
