Our client is looking for a Marketing Assistant to support their team on a part-time, 100% remote basis. They operate in the digital marketing space and have supported brand growth in recent years through consistent social media presence and content-driven engagement strategies.
This role focuses on supporting day-to-day marketing execution across social media and email. The Marketing Assistant will help create, schedule, and manage content while ensuring brand voice and visual consistency across client accounts.
Create social media content using Canva, including posts, stories, and reels.
Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
Manage and monitor social media channels.
Build, format, and send newsletters on a regular basis.
Ensure content aligns with each brand’s style and tone.
Coordinate communication through WhatsApp as needed.
Support basic updates or content tasks related to websites when required.
Maintain consistency, organization, and timely delivery of marketing tasks.
Requirements
Experience with social media management and content creation.
Strong Canva skills for social and visual content.
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite.
Experience building and sending newsletters.
Strong communication skills and creative mindset.
Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time role.
