JOB OVERVIEW:

This position is responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of go-to-market strategies for Henry Schein Home Solutions, including Billing Solutions, Specialty Distribution Solutions, and Consumer Solutions. This role focuses on driving awareness and demand for Henry Schein’s suite of products, services, and technologies, with a particular focus on healthcare payer companies and specialty distribution solutions. The Market Activation Manager’s responsibilities encompass developing market insights, supporting growth initiatives, and enhancing Henry Schein’s market penetration and customer satisfaction. Core responsibilities include market research, creating tailored marketing plans, developing sales and marketing collateral, and fostering business partnerships across internal and external stakeholders to support campaign ideation and execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Leads strategic development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns for the Home Solutions business.
  • Conducts market research to assess new and emerging opportunities within healthcare payers, specialty distribution, and direct-to-consumer channels. Uses market data, industry publications, and collaboration with marketing and business leads to inform strategy.
  • Researches and analyzes business development opportunities in healthcare billing, specialty distribution, and consumer solutions to enhance value propositions, support growth, and drive strategy for new segments such as home health, hospice, and dialysis.
  • Creates strategic presentations and presents findings on competitive landscape, SWOT, and Henry Schein capabilities to internal teams, leadership, and sales teams.
  • Design and execute campaigns for targeted audiences, focusing on healthcare payers, specialty distribution, and consumer solutions, and evaluates post-campaign ROI in partnership with product category and marketing operations teams.
  • Manages and coordinates the strategic planning and execution of solutions, ensuring a streamlined approach to address customer needs and build Henry Schein’s reputation in the home health solutions space.
  • Enhances two-way communication for marketing initiatives with key stakeholders (e.g., sales, corporate communications, operations) to align objectives and provide status updates.
  • Engages with functional areas such as operations, finance, and sales to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution of customer segment strategies within Henry Schein Home Solutions.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required, supporting the overall business goals of Henry Schein Home Solutions.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: 

  • Expertise in B2B strategic marketing, market research, and campaign execution is required. 
  • Experience in developing go-to-market strategies in the healthcare or medical supply sectors, specifically within payer and specialty distribution markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven expertise in competitive analysis and market entry strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing senior stakeholders, including executives, sales, and external partners.
  • Industry experience in healthcare, medical supply, or related fields preferred, knowledge of home health, alternate site, and retail marketing programs a plus.

WORK EXPERIENCE: 

Typically 8 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION: 

Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent preferred. May hold two or more industry certifications.

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.

The posted range for this position is $108,788-$149,585 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.

This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
