Familiarity with systems such as Asana, Zip, Netsuite, Salesforce and Power BI a plus
Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting
Strong execution capability with highest standards in driving results
Highly strategic, consultative player who can plan (think) and execute (do)
Proven track record managing multiple priorities with cross-functional teams
Ability to articulate and present plans and confidence in communicating with senior level sales leaders
Employee must be located in the Washington, DC or DC Metro Area (DMV)

Dynatrace is seeking a passionate Team Lead, Field Marketing- Public Sector to join our North America field marketing organization. This person will need to have a deep understanding of metrics and data to inform the building and execution of public sector campaigns, programs, and events. He/she will work hand in hand with the Federal, State, and Local sales teams on regional campaign ideation, strategizing, planning and execution.
The ideal candidate will have a results-driven mindset with a proven ability to maintain successful relationships with sales and translate campaign messages to Public Sector vertical messaging that aligns to the sales pipeline goals.
Responsibilities
Drive the development, promotion, communication and execution of Public Sector marketing programs that include but are not limited to events, webinars, demand campaigns, nurture programs and social media.
Create new and expansion pipeline and accelerate opportunities through events aligned to sales campaigns, targeted personas and pipeline goals.
Plan and execute Public Sector 1:few ABM programs
Build and execute programs that drive executive relationships within Public Sector accounts
Primary liaison between marketing and sales to communicate and represent all marketing campaigns, programs and events and share feedback from sales
Accountable for the reporting and tracking of program pipeline and performance results tied to quarterly and annual targets.
Manage Public Sector Marketing budgets, SFDC campaigns, and lead processes to meet operational targets and SLAs, vendor and contract management
Evaluate program impact and ROI to measure the success and determine future investments
