As the Manager, Vertical Market Sales, Healthcare at Spectrum Business, you will guide professionals in delivering networking, managed services and cloud solutions. This role connects you with key internal partners and healthcare markets, empowering you to shape Spectrum Business' growth in the sector and make a measurable impact on our business success.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Lead, supervise and motivate a sales team to boost productivity and surpass monthly sales and billing quotas
  • Coordinate recruiting, training and ongoing development of sales professionals into a high-performing unit
  • Conduct weekly sales meetings and individual reviews to monitor activities and drive account maintenance and acquisition
  • Attend sales calls alongside representatives to support customer engagement and strategy
  • Provide weekly sales summaries and reports to inform leadership and refine sales approaches
  • Assign high-priority customers and develop business with significant long-term potential
  • Execute special projects and pursue opportunities for long-term business growth

Required Qualifications
Skills
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Skilled at developing and executing strategic account plans customized for key prospects and customers
  • Experienced in supervising teams and managing office procedures
  • Ability to organize, implement and maintain sales goals
  • Demonstrated history of leadership position/team lead in fast-paced environments requiring teamwork, flexibility, and change management
  • Proven organizational development and business skills
  • Conversant with technology and networking technologies
  • Above-average business analysis skills using MS Office tools and Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time, primarily within area of responsibility
  • Holds a valid and active state driver's license and maintains safe driving record

Preferred Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent training, education and experience

Experience
  • 5+ years enterprise-level account sales experience in the technology industry selling Ethernet, Cloud Services, High Speed Data, and Fiber Services, with a record of success managing assigned territory to achievement and over-achievement of quota
  • 3+ years leadership experience in a competitive technology and cable sales environment with strong knowledge of Ethernet, Cloud Services, High Speed Data, Fiber Services and Fiber-Connected Networks

The base pay for this position generally is between
$83,200.00 and $150,100.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at
$84,000.
