What You’ll Do:
TikTok Shop Business Management
- Manage the day-to-day performance of the TikTok Shop business and support achievement of revenue and profitability goals.
- Partner with agency teams to monitor channel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion, sales, creator productivity, and customer engagement.
- Develop and execute promotional calendars aligned to product launches, seasonal campaigns, platform events, and key retail moments.
- Partner with agency and internal teams to rapidly test and scale successful content, affiliate/creator, and promotional strategies.
Product Catalog & Merchandising
Own the overall TikTok Shop storefront experience and merchandising strategy.
- Partner with Brand Marketing to prioritize hero products, launches, bundles, seasonal campaigns, and promotions.
- Ensure product pages and storefront experiences are supported with compelling, conversion-focused content and assets.
- Ensure product launches and promotions are fully supported with appropriate merchandising, content, and inventory readiness.
TikTok Shop Content & Livestream Commerce
- Develop and maintain a TikTok Shop content calendar focused on hero products, product launches, promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and livestream commerce.
- Create, coordinate, and publish TikTok Shop-specific shoppable content designed to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Produce product-focused videos, demonstrations, unboxings, tutorials, promotional content, and other TikTok Shop assets.
- Partner with Brand Marketing and Social Media teams to identify opportunities to repurpose existing brand and creator content for TikTok Shop.
- Coordinate content production required to support TikTok Shop promotions, affiliate campaigns, livestreams, and product launches.
- Ensure all TikTok Shop content receives appropriate review and approval from Brand Marketing and Design teams prior to publication.
- Plan, produce, and execute TikTok Live shopping events.
- Develop livestream calendars, show formats, product demonstrations, promotional offers, and event strategies.
- Coordinate internal and external hosts, creators, agency partners, and production resources.
- Analyze content and livestream performance and continuously optimize programming to improve engagement, conversion, and revenue.
Affiliate & Creator Management
- Partner with agency teams to recruit, onboard, activate, and scale a high-performing affiliate creator network.
- Support affiliate community through product seeding, incentives, communications, relationship management, and performance tracking.
- Partner with Brand Marketing and Social Media teams to align creator initiatives with broader marketing priorities.
Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Monitor key business metrics including GMV, content-attributed sales, livestream performance, creator productivity, and promotional results.
- Leverage agency reporting and platform insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Stay current on TikTok Shop best practices, platform updates, and emerging social commerce trends.
- Test and evaluate new content formats, creator programs, promotional tactics, and platform capabilities.

Bring it!
- 3–7+ years of experience in social commerce, e-commerce, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, content creation, or related fields.
- Direct experience working won a TikTok Shop business.
- Experience creating short-form video content and developing content strategies designed to drive engagement and sales.
- Experience planning and executing livestream commerce events.
- Experience working with affiliates, creators, agencies, or influencer programs.
- Strong understanding of TikTok platform trends, creator ecosystems, and social commerce best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and participating in livestream content when appropriate.
- Experience in baby, juvenile products, consumer products, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or other creator-driven categories.
- Experience managing TikTok Shop affiliate programs and creator partnerships.
- Experience working with TikTok Shop advertising and promotional programs.
- Experience owning channel growth goals, sales targets, or e-commerce performance metrics.
- Experience producing or directing social-first content and livestream programming.
