The Manager, Revenue Insights is a critical member of the GTM Strategy and Ops team and an important voice in the broader revenue operations ecosystem. This role will be a critical member in building the sales pipeline and database strategy and acting as a strategic business partner to our sales and marketing organizations. They will focus on managing the top of the outbound funnel through acquisition, enrichment, and management of the prospect database as well as strategic special projects across the GTM funnel. 

This role will work cross-functionally with key business stakeholders across the company including sales, data science Business Technology/IT teams, & marketing. The individual has a well-rounded background - including analytical rigor, experience with quantitative tools, project management, and a mix of strategic and operational work. S/he will be able to quickly jump in, identify strategic projects to improve sales efficiency, and take direct day-to-day ownership of Sales Development Operations in order to drive those key strategic initiatives.

What you'll do:

  • Own your day-to-day functions across the Pipeline operations team, including database performance improvements, territory design, and automation implementations

  • Drive strategic initiatives including redesigning processes and technology tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our Database and broader pipeline funnel

  • Partner with Data Science and Data Engineering teams on ways to improve prospect database and pipeline outcomes

  • Incubate strategic “special projects” in collaboration with leaders within the RevOps function

  • Manage an ‘at scale’ sales process through process creation and system design

  • Discover the “so what” in performance data, distilling down to actionable insights that drive improved decision-making and business pivots

  • Partner with our Sales and Sales Development leaders to help them understand their performance, root causes and help them improve and scale their operations

  • Present insights in Weekly/Bi-weekly report outs on database performance and roadmap focus areas
     

What you'll bring:

  • 4-6+ years of experience in Analytics/Operations and/or management consulting

  • A self starter with experience owning your own work and identifying what needs to be done - and then tackling

  • Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional communication, with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels

  • Functional experience in operations/business operations, strategy and/or growth, within the SaaS space is preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Knowledge of Sales Productivity KPIs, Lead Scoring attributes/algorithms, Lead Routing

  • Proficiency in advanced excel/Google sheets

  • Experience using SQL/Data querying and Tableau or other data visualization tools to analyze data and communicate findings

  • Knows how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast and balancing multiple projects

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $136,600 USD - $182,600 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
