The FOX direct-to-consumer (D2C) platform is a new, forward-looking initiative within Tubi Media Group that brings FOX’s unparalleled content portfolio—news, sports, and entertainment—directly to consumers via an innovative subscription streaming service.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an accomplished and trusted Manager, Executive Office to support the Chief Executive Officer of the FOX D2C platform. This is a mission-critical role at the heart of a high-profile, high-impact media and technology venture.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with impeccable discretion, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of supporting C-suite executives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You will be a strategic thought partner, operational right hand, and cultural ambassador—ensuring the CEO is operating at peak effectiveness across internal priorities and external engagements.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary liaison and gatekeeper for the CEO, ensuring optimal time allocation, seamless coordination, and clear communication
  • Proactively manage a dynamic and demanding calendar, including complex scheduling across time zones, internal and external stakeholder alignment, and frequent travel
  • Prepare, review, and synthesize key documents and communications, including board materials, investor briefings, executive presentations, and strategic memos
  • Act as a project manager for CEO-led initiatives, driving accountability and follow-through across leadership teams
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration between the CEO and senior leaders across Fox Corporation and Tubi Media Group
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the broader D2C executive team as needed to ensure alignment and continuity across initiatives
  • Lead the planning and logistics for executive offsites, leadership forums, and external engagements
  • Uphold the highest levels of confidentiality, professionalism, and sound judgment in all matters

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 8+ years of executive support experience, with at least 5 years supporting a CEO, founder, or senior C-level executive in media, technology, or a similarly dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to operate with discretion, sound judgment, and a high degree of autonomy in high-stakes settings
  • Polished and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience interacting with senior executives, investors, and board members
  • Mastery of executive calendar management, travel planning, and stakeholder communications
  • Strong organizational systems thinking and an ability to anticipate needs and drive clarity amidst complexity
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and productivity tools; project management experience is a plus
  • A calm, confident, and resilient presence—able to navigate ambiguity and maintain composure under pressure

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Experience within DTC/streaming, media, or venture-backed environments

  • Familiarity with board governance, investor relations, or startup operations

  • A passion for media innovation and FOX’s evolving mission in the streaming space

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $92,000.00-100,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
