Manager, Employee Experience

As the Manager, Employee Experience, your primary focus will revolve around maximizing our internal employee experience while playing a key role in maintaining and fine tuning our operating cadence. Reporting directly to the company’s SVP, Finance & Operations, this role will serve as our team’s resource around all HR functions and office operations, ultimately ensuring the employee experience exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee lifecycle from recruiting to onboarding, and lead performance evaluations 
  • Oversee strategic hires and internal team development, including performance planning and policy compliance
  • Communicate organizational goals and manage office resources and software, ensuring alignment and operational efficiency
  • Administer employee rewards and transitions, including bonuses, promotions, and transitions
  • Handle employee inquiries and implement new communication processes
  • Coordinate internal and external events, support the Impact/Culture Committee, and oversee the internship programPlan team and community impact events across multiple locations

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Entertainment/Media at a large or rapidly growing company in Human Resources
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required, SHRM certification (or equivalent) a plus
  • A “people person” with experience showing an ability to build deep and lasting relationships with all personality types
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills a must, ability to help others grow is key
  • Low-ego team player who puts business outcomes first and is calm under pressure
  • Experience and preference for working with senior leadership in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Able to self-direct and prioritize workload with very minimal oversight
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit with passion for talent and future of digital

The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $105,000 commensurate with experience.
