Job Overview

The Accounting Manager will oversee the administration and maintenance of the general ledger system and the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. Ensure activities are designed to ensure consistent application of the organization's policies and procedures, and by regulatory requirements and GAAP. Develops and manages staff to ensure reporting deadlines and filing requirements are achieved with a high standard of accuracy and efficiency in all transactions. Assists all departments company-wide with a high level of service to ensure employee satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.

• 3+ years in a public accounting firm, preferably from the Big 4, experience preferred.

• 5+ years of progressive work experience in Accounting.

• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.

• Experience in managing and developing staff.

• CPA preferred.

Compensation

$123,064.33 - $153,830.42 annually
