Job Summary:

VSolvit is seeking an experienced, qualified candidate for a Management Analyst I position with an Active Secret Clearance that will support VSolvit onsite at NSWC, Port Hueneme, CA. Under minimal supervision, this position will perform a variety of customer support related tasks including, but not limited to:

Responsibilities:·

Reporting and data visualization utilizing Power Apps including the development of reports, data analysis and data visualizations.

· Develop and support Power Apps, such as Power BI, Power Automate, etc., to streamline operations.

· Develop weekly briefs and weekly reports to Command leadership and Program Office.

· Support execution and tracking Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M).

· Provide high caliber support to the Division Manager and other team members that support the division.

· Requires the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously including meeting deadlines effectively and communicating progress regularly.

· Maintain professionalism, handling written correspondence, and oral communication on behalf of the Division Manager.

· Perform thorough and detail oriented reviews of information including those requiring executive level approval and signature.

· Responsible for ensuring actions are completed on time and to an error-free quality.

· Organizational skills are necessary to manage a wide range of technical and business related tasking.

· Gather data from stakeholders, perform research, manage schedules, develop and edit documents.

· Analyze budgets and funding statuses to report findings, locate resources/policy/guidance.

· Take initiative/make contacts to create projects by determining information required, identifying inputs, being accountable for products/outputs and maintenance of those results.

· Transport/ship materials.

· Meeting coordination like agenda development, prepare deliverables & maintain minutes, keep rosters and databases current, develop/enhance metrics, reports, records, charts, graphs, as required.

· Track, maintain, and resolve, DTS, ERP, training, and Procurement Requests to completion.

· Perform data and project analysis, requiring critical thinking and problem solving skills, and the ability to determine progress, risks, and potential opportunities for improvement.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills needed to successfully accomplish desired outcomes even when difficult or challenging.

· Will serve as the primary liaison for prioritizing competing demands and making decisions/recommendations for management requirements that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Active DoD SECRET Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related discipline and 1+ years directly related DoW experience.
  • 1-3 years knowledge or experience in the DoW or Government environment.
  • 1-3 years Microsoft Office 365 Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient knowledge of Power Apps such as Power BI and Power Automate along with use of tools such as Tableau and SQL.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, documentation, and data management.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • High level attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong data analysis, recordkeeping, and reporting skills.
  • Must be a US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of technical experience in support of the DoW efforts to include; system support, logistics/equipment support, and programmatic support.
  • Project or Program Management Professional Certification or Certified DAWIA Level 2 or 3 in Program Management.
  • Direct experience with U.S. Navy and NSWC PHD processes and systems preferred.
