Position Type: Contingent on Contract Award.

Salary: $70k-$125k (depending on experience)

The Life Cycle Management (LCM) Analyst I supports the Navy by assisting in the planning, tracking, and sustainment of IT, network, and system assets throughout their lifecycle. This role focuses on asset management, documentation, and coordination of lifecycle activities to ensure system readiness and compliance across global Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) environments. 

Essential Functions:

  • Support lifecycle management activities including asset tracking, inventory management, and sustainment planning. 
  • Assist in documenting system lifecycle phases including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning. 
  • Maintain accurate records of hardware, software, and configuration items in asset management systems or CMDBs. 
  • Support coordination of technology refresh, upgrades, and replacement activities. 
  • Assist in tracking warranties, licenses, and support agreements for IT assets. 
  • Collaborate with logistics, engineering, and configuration management teams to ensure lifecycle data accuracy. 
  • Support audits, reporting, and compliance activities related to lifecycle management. 
  • Ensure lifecycle activities align with DoD and Navy policies and standards.
  • Other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

Required:

  • 1–3 years of experience in lifecycle management, logistics, asset management, or related field. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • Familiarity with asset management, inventory tracking, or lifecycle processes. 
  • Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, or asset management systems is desirable. 

Desired:

  • Experience supporting DoD or Navy programs.
  • Familiarity with ITIL lifecycle management practices or logistics processes.
  • Experience supporting audits, reporting, or compliance tracking
  • Strong organizational and data management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills. 

Security Clearance:

Must be eligible to obtain a Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance. Active clearances preferred. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
