We are looking for an analytical and stellar Compliance Manager to join our ever growing team at Edify! The purpose of the Compliance Manager is to ensure our policies and procedures comply with regulatory and ethical standards. The right candidate will be confident with compliance regulations, reviewing policies, communicate effectively and excel in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement company policies, regulations, and strategies
  • Stay informed on regulatory developments to ensure Edify is up-to-date with compliance
  • Communicate significant issues to management and make recommendations as necessary
  • Draft, modify, and implement company policies
  • Cross-team communication to review all departmental compliance policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal or similar field
  • 3+ years of experience in a Compliance role, Officer, Analyst, Manager or similar
  • Knowledge of industry processes and regulations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
