The Boeing Company’s Learning and Development organization is currently seeking a Learning and Scaling Senior Manager – Organizational Development to join our team.

The team is open to this position being located at any of our main Boeing sites. These locations include: Seattle, WA; Renton, WA; Everett, WA; Auburn, WA; Tukwila, WA; Portland, OR; El Segundo, CA; Huntington Beach, CA; Long Beach, CA; Seal Beach, CA; Oklahoma City, OK; Plano, TX; San Antonio, TX; Hazelwood, MO; Berkeley, MO; North Charleston, SC; Chicago, IL; Huntsville, AL; Titusville, FL; Jacksonville, FL; Arlington, VA; Ridley Park, PA or Mesa, AZ.

This role will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive learning solutions that support organizational development (OD) initiatives. The position will also play a pivotal part in creating playbooks, designing training materials, and ensuring alignment between OD strategies and Human Resources (HR) initiatives. As the Center of Excellence (COE) grows, this position will also manage and develop a team of Learning Specialists.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive playbooks that outline best practices and processes for OD initiatives

  • Develop training modules and materials to support the implementation of these practices across the organization

  • Interface with Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) teams to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring alignment between OD initiatives and HR strategies

  • Build HR capability in defined areas to enhance their effectiveness in supporting organizational goals  

  • Lead and manage team of Learning Specialists, providing guidance, development opportunities, and support

  • Provide thought leadership in scaling organizational design practices and ensuring successful adoption of OD frameworks throughout the organization

  • Design and implement effective learning strategies that empower teams to understand and apply OD principles effectively

  • Develop metrics and evaluation methods to assess the impact of learning initiatives and playbooks on organizational performance

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years of experience in the Learning and Development profession

  • 5+ years of experience supporting the creation and presenting of training materials

  • 5+ years of experience delivering training and development activities across multiple levels of the organization

  • 5+ years of experience leading and developing high performing teams in fast paced environments

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Human Resources, or a related field

  • Experience in creating playbooks, training materials, and scalable learning solutions

  • Experience collaborating effectively with HRBP teams and other stakeholders

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $152,150 - $235,750
