Overview

This role is responsible for leading the strategy, planning, and execution of national marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand consideration through wireless rate plans, strategic products and offers, network and competitive initiatives, and customer-centric experiences. This role will identify new growth opportunities, develop integrated marketing strategies, and collaborate across the organization to bring innovative products, offers, features, and experiences to market that strengthen AT&T's customer value proposition.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for wireless rate plans and associated features, strategic products and offers, network and competitive initiatives, and customer experiences to drive acquisition, revenue growth, and brand consideration.
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend new product, offer, feature, and messaging opportunities that strengthen AT&T's customer value proposition by synthesizing customer insights, competitive intelligence, market trends, and business performance data.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to bring customer-centric wireless initiatives to market, ensuring alignment across key stakeholders.
  • Develop integrated marketing plans and go-to-market strategies that maximize customer engagement and business impact while driving competitive differentiation in the marketplace.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and performance results to identify growth opportunities, influence roadmap priorities, and develop optimization recommendations.
  • Create compelling positioning, messaging, and customer narratives that communicate the value of AT&T's wireless rate plans, products, offers, network, and customer benefits while clearly differentiating AT&T from competitive alternatives.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiences and drive program success.
  • Analyze, interpret, and communicate business performance, customer insights, and marketing results.
  • Develop executive-ready recommendations and present strategic opportunities to leadership.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
  • Establish success metrics, measurement frameworks, and reporting to evaluate the impact of initiatives, translating performance insights into actionable recommendations and optimization opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Product marketing, wireless marketing, integrated marketing, customer acquisition, or go-to-market experience preferred.
  • Experience developing product positioning, competitive strategy, or go-to-market plans in a dynamic and highly competitive market environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to identify opportunities for growth and customer value creation.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a bias for action.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience building new programs, processes, or initiatives from the ground up.
  • Ability to simplify complex information into clear business recommendations.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
