About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a talented lead consultant to join the Marketing Audience Operations team as part of Enterprise Marketing Services. This role brings together strategic consultation, marketing process expertise, analytics, and technical audience development to support the planning, design, build, and delivery of marketing campaigns across channels. In this role, you will partner with Marketing, Marketing Sciences, Channel Strategy, Technology, Product, Risk, Operations, and other stakeholders to translate marketing objectives and campaign measurement plans into actionable audience strategies and technical requirements. You will use data, analytical methods, and marketing technology platforms to design and deliver targeted audiences that support growth, engagement, profitability, and customer experience objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with technical and analytical capability. You will serve as a strategic advisor to Marketing while remaining sufficiently hands-on to analyze data, develop audience targeting requirements, build or support complex audiences, and identify scalable solutions. You will also help improve the end-to-end marketing lifecycle by increasing automation, standardization, reusability, speed to market, data accuracy, and operational effectiveness. In this role, you will: Lead complex, cross-functional marketing audience initiatives from strategy and planning through execution and performance evaluation. Partner with Marketing and business stakeholders to understand campaign objectives, customer strategies, measurement plans, and business goals. Translate marketing strategies into audience targeting approaches, technical requirements, and executable campaign solutions. Analyze data and leverage marketing technology platforms to identify opportunities, provide strategic recommendations, and support informed decision-making. Develop, validate, and deliver complex marketing audiences across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. Leverage marketing technology, audience management, workflow, and analytical tools to support audience design, activation, and optimization. Partner with Technology, Product, Risk, Operations, Channel Strategy, and other stakeholders to resolve complex business, data, platform, and process challenges. Manage multiple initiatives, workflows, dependencies, and deliverables while ensuring quality execution and adherence to timelines. Design and implement scalable, automated, and reusable audience and process solutions that improve efficiency, speed to market, and campaign performance. Evaluate marketing processes, platform capabilities, and operational practices to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous optimization. Build and maintain effective processes, controls, procedures, and documentation that support accuracy, quality, risk management, and operational excellence. Ensure compliance with privacy, information security, legal, regulatory, and business requirements throughout campaign development and execution. Influence, consult, and build alignment across a highly matrixed organization while serving as a trusted advisor to business partners and leadership. Communicate analytical insights, technical concepts, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership. Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to less-experienced team members while defining success measures and evaluating effectiveness across campaigns, audiences, platforms, and processes. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Experience supporting the strategic, analytical, technical, and operational execution of marketing campaigns. Experience translating marketing strategies, campaign measurement plans, or business objectives into audience strategies and technical targeting requirements. Experience with marketing audience development, customer segmentation, lead or contact-list generation, campaign targeting, or personalization. Experience using Adobe Audience Manager, Pega, Salesforce, Aprimo, or comparable marketing automation, audience management, workflow, or campaign-delivery platforms. Experience with Database-management experience using SQL, SAS, Oracle, Teradata, or comparable analytical tools and relational databases. Ability to convert analytical findings into actionable business recommendations and clearly communicate the implications to technical and nontechnical audiences. Strong understanding of the end-to-end marketing lifecycle, including strategy, planning, audience design, requirements development, build, activation, measurement, and optimization. Experience designing scalable and reusable audience, data, workflow, or process solutions. Experience balancing business value, customer outcomes, technical feasibility, execution timelines, risk, and operational requirements. Strong strategic consultation skills, including the ability to assess complex problems, create roadmaps, develop recommendations, and advise leadership. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex initiatives, workstreams, dependencies, and deliverables simultaneously. Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills, with the ability to create clarity in ambiguous or rapidly changing situations. Experience with consumer banking, consumer lending, financial services products, or other highly regulated business environments. High attention to detail, data accuracy, quality, and timely delivery. Job Expectations: Willingness to work on-site at the location stated in the job opening.
