Requirements
  • Assist the Key account manager in supporting the company to maintain a high-quality standard in the industry, solving concerns from the company’s key clients, and analyzing and preparing reports as needed.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the needs and requirements of important clients and prepare tailored solutions.
  • Prepare customized quotations for targeted accounts by applying the pricing policy and utilizing market intelligence.
  • Create and maintain customer SOPs for key account clients.
  • Conduct regular performance review meetings with Key Account clients.
  • Track and t race the status of parcels and provide updates to Key account customers.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports on delivery/dispatch rates for key accounts.
  • Analyze data and identify the causes for any issues based on tracking and tracing reports from key account customers.
  • Prepare and send AR billing invoices/statements to customers on a weekly basis and follow up on any late payments.
  • Review claims submitted by Key Account Customers.
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned.
  • Provide backup support to other team members when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales within the logistics industry(specifically small parcel last mile delivery).
  • Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
